PickleUnlimited provides sports data infrastructure including player rating systems, tournament bracket management, and league management platforms. Our services are provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

4. Unified Account

A single account provides access to all PickleUnlimited products. Your player profile, ratings, and account information are shared across our platforms to provide a seamless experience.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the services
• Interfere with or disrupt the services or servers
• Submit false or misleading match results or player information
• Impersonate another person or entity

6. Payments and Refunds

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by PickleUnlimited and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. SMS Communications

By opting in to SMS notifications, you consent to receive text messages from PickleUnlimited regarding match updates, event notifications, and account activity. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Standard message and data rates may apply.

9. Limitation of Liability

PickleUnlimited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately.
